Potty (aka Doug Roberts) was fascinated by magic from the age of four; by the age of eleven, he was offering close-up magic and cabaret at Social Clubs and events. His first west-end performance came at the age of eleven at the Unicorn Children's Theatre, where he was a featured Young Magician, starring alongside Michael Aspel. With over ten years' experience on some of the World's most prestigious cruise cruise ships, today Potty offers bright contemporary magic shows with puppets, balloons, singalongs, and full of piratical adventures. In 2008, Potty appeared in the critically acclaimed BBC 2 documentary "Clowns" by Daisy Asquith. One of the most experienced and versatile childrens entertainers in Sussex and the South East of England.
For your peace of mind, Potty is a member of Equity, has £10,000,000 public liability insurance, and is CRB-checked (enhanced).
